Home, the line options button at the top, gears more options then contact us
So they finally responded to my email and they told me that in order for them to verify and assist me, I had to contact them through the correct channel.
I would need to send them the email through
in-app > menu > setting > "Contact Us" without modification of the email form.
How exactly do I do that?
