I completed walking 1250 steps and I was advised on Cashwalk that I could get a voucher reward for these 1250 steps. I hope that you ku can advise me on how to do that.

Not sure where you heard that. 100 steps converts to 1 coin, and you can convert a maximum of 10,000 steps per day (older accounts may be able to convert more - newer accounts are capped). You currently need 50,000 coins for a voucher.
