Sorry to hear. Did you contact customer service? I had an issue last week and they got back to me right away. They should be able to look up your account and see that you had unused coins. Hope you get them back.
I got a new phone yesterday and now all my saved up coins to cash out are now all gone...that's thousands of coins taken because I got a new phone YOU SUCK CASHWALK!!!!!
