Not all steps are counted. It looks like you just walk and they reward you no it's a clicking game walk real miles get less play games be fat win more I dint like that

You can turn up the sensitivity in settings from medium to max sensitivity. I've noticed if I'm playing on my phone, if my phone is in my hand while I'm walking it won't count my steps. It won't count them if they're in your purse you have to have them like in a pocket or on your chest
