Why is there not counting my steps?

I had to relightlog in and my steps were reset to 0 Luckily I collected my coins for today

Mines all screwed up said I had over 30,000 now says180,000+ and I can't collect any points today grrrr Not sure if it's just me but frustrating as I had 20,000 when I went to collect it went way up and there was no coins to collect,  hope it's not just me 😪
