About 4 months ago when Cashwalk (UK) increased its redemption from 12500 to 50000 coins overnight without any pre-warning, I had the urge to uninstall this app. As I failed to find an alternative walking app for replacement, I stayed on and continued with my daily walk and participated with some AD watching. Yesterday I finally reached 50000 coins. While in the process of redeeming for a £5 voucher, I used another phone to film the entire process fearing that Cashwalk might have pulled out completely from UK (as somewhere in the app there are only USA & Canada for user to choose from). Make it short, I got my voucher and used it today successfully. It is not big money and for certain it will take me another few months to be able to accumulate another 50K coins, but for the time being I am happy to continue to support this app.
To Cashwalk: I am really missing the walking challenge, and hope it will be re-activated soon.
How did you manage to get the voucher? I reached 50,000 today and can’t redeem any of the fivers - says unavailable in my location on all of them. Which makes zero sense when companies like Tesco, Asda, John Lewis etc are UK based - and all of them are displayed in £.
