It won't leg me redeem my gift card
Hello there I have got 3024 coins and it cost 3000 to get the $5 amazon gift card but for some reason when I try the redeem it it comes up with an error and I don't know what to do

I occasionally have gotten the error code over my 4 years of using the app. The following steps have all worked for me at one time or another: • make sure your app is up to date • restart your phone • uninstall/reinstall the app • keep trying till the app sorts its shit out • finally just wait it out Eventually it does work. I have never 'lost' points. Sorry I don't have more of a direct answer.
