Contact them about it. There's some kind of bug worth the app that they need to fix. My steps are resetting to zero after it reaches between 40-50 steps. Noticed it yesterday, haven't started walking today yet to check.
After awhile of not paying attention to my points, i know for sure that after 3 to 4 months, i should have had enough points for something as if i was paying attention, every 2 to 3 months i had enough to redeem for a $5 gift card
