i received a walmart E gift card yesterday and when i tried to redeem it it only gave me a security number and i tried to redeem it thru the URCL code which said it was copied. i don't know what that means can u cancel that one and resend it to me because Verizon phones went down last night and i don't know if that had anything to do with it or not I appreciate your help

i received a walmart E gift card yesterday and when i tried to redeem it it only gave me a security Number and i tried to redeem it thru the URCL code which said it had been copied no bar code was given.I was hoping you could cancel that one and give give me a new one. Verizon phones went down last night and I don’t know if that has anything to do with it. I appreciate your help.
Pretty sure you can access the reward in the rewards section
