Is anyone else having trouble with counter accuracy recently? The other day I walked four blocks and count stayed below 50. Today I walked those four blocks and around three different stores (after walking pets this morning) and my count is below 2,000. This same walk usually generates at least 3,000- 4,000 steps on my count.
No idea if customer service is even getting my messages (again). Help?
