Account showed blocked when I'm trying to texeem

I've been accumulating points and when I went to redeem them, it says blocked. I have to contact you guys. I don't know why he's blocked.

    Not sure I follow? Your phone number is blocked when you try to redeem a gift card? Or you’re trying to message someone and they blocked you? Latter part is pretty self explanatory but not sure.

      It’s support@cashwalk.io but I would go to my profile on my phone and go to the contact us option. It automatically fills in the app version and your phone so they are aware of all your information right in the email to them
