UK rewards no longer available???!

Hi there! Has anyone in the UK managed to claim a reward recently? I finally finally got to the payout limit for a voucher. Now I can't get a reward. My location has changed to the US for some reason and I can't change it back - the only options I have are US or Canada. I've tried contacting support but obviously no reply 🙄
