Are there ant resources to help pay for teeth implants in NORTH CAROLINA?

My mother needs implants she has x4 teeth left dentures gave her a stroke I know crazy right so I was told by dentist only other option is implants . I been going to church every sunday asking God how am I going to get these exspensive implants for my mom. So any advice I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks , Jenn
