Start your morning off right with a Peanut Butter Dalgona iced coffee! ๐ซถ๐พ๐ฅ๐ง๐ฅโโ
Ingredients: (Build Drink)
Large cup of ice
Fill halfway with your choice of milk ๐ฅ
Add a splash of half & half
Add Dalgona Coffee (recipe below)
1 Oz 99 Peanut Butter Whiskey
3/4 Oz of Maker's Mark (or any bourbon whiskey)
Stir & Enjoy!
Dalgona Coffee Recipe:
2 Tbsp Instant Coffee (I used Café Bustelo)
2 Tbsp Sugar (I used Brown Sugar)
2 Tbsp of Hot Boiling Water
Whip with milk frother for 2-3 minutes to get a fluffy consistency
+ You can also use a whisk too just takes around 5-10 minutes
+ You can use decaf coffee
+ Sugar is what makes it fluffy, make sure it's a rounded Tbsp not leveled
+ You can cut the recipe in half for the Dalgona Coffee to cut the caffeine and the sugar intake 1:1:1 ratio
