20.1 - Carrot, Apricot, and Greek Yogurt Smoothie

This smoothie is rich in beta-carotene, an important antioxidant for skin health. Our bodies use this antioxidant to produce vitamin A which is an important component in our skin's natural defences. To make this smoothie, blend together:

 

 • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt

• 1/2 cup ice cubes

• 1 teaspoon honey

• 1/2 cup grated carrot

• 2 dried chopped apricots

• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

• 1 pitted and chopped fresh apricot
