20.4 - Mocha Protein Smoothie

If you need the kick of coffee in the morning, than this smoothie might be the one for you. With the addition of walnuts and chocolate protein powder, this smoothie is packed with protein. To make this smoothie, blend:

 

• 1 1/2 cups cooled black coffee

• 1 cup ice cubes

• 1 frozen banana

• 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder

• 1/4 cup chopped walnuts

• 6 tablespoons chocolate protein powder

      20.82 - That's ok, there really isn't a "wrong" way to make a smoothie. Sometimes I just throw whatever is in my fridge along with some chia seeds and protein powder and call it a smoothie.
