20.5 - peaches and cream oatmeal smoothie

Use whole-grain rolled oats with prebiotic fiber to increase your gut health. You can use instant or minute oats if that is all you have on hand, the texture might be just a bit different. To make this smoothie, blend:

 

• 1/2 cup Greek yogurt

• 1/2 cup whole milk (or plant-based milk)

• 1 cup frozen peaches

• 1/2 cup rolled oats

• 1/2 cup ice

• 1/2 cup frozen banana

    20.76 - What is great about this recipe is that the peaches can be substituted for other fruits. I think blueberries would be fantastic in this recipe.
