Yes! I have to have my coffee if at least some bit of caffeine first thing in the morning and then to survive the afternoon doldrums!
Coffee really is magic. Funny meme aside, if I don't get my proffee, I have the worst headache for the rest of the day. And I don't think it is caffeine withdrawal simply because I make my coffee VERY weak and then doctor it with a full 30g protein shake, Benefiber, chia seeds, and various spices.
