i completely feel this. Can't stand to work with somebody who is not part of the team. Everybody needs to be going in the same direction. And the same speed

When I worked on a press I use to think of future me. Like if I didn't get something accomplished b4 the end of the day I was screwing future me who would have to come in at 7 a.m. and finish it. Future me hated past me a couple times.
