¿Cómo evitar sentirse privado durante la dieta cetogénica?

He hecho la dieta keto varias veces, normalmente durante un par de meses. Empiezo a notar una gran pérdida de peso y más energía, pero inevitablemente me salgo del camino porque empiezo a sentirme privada de lo que me encanta comer y, al final, me frustro mucho porque una dieta tan restrictiva me parece insostenible. ¿Alguien tiene algún consejo para dejar de sentirme tan privada y no darme un atracón de carbohidratos después de unas semanas y arruinar mi progreso?

    Dieting in general I feel is hard. But I feel snacking in between meals helps a little with not feeling so hungry.

    I do a low carb diet meaning I don't do strict keto. The doctor told me that keto is not good to do due to eating foods that has higher amounts of saturated fat foods. I eat everything (fruits, veggies, meat/protein, etc.) but just limit the food the high carbs & sugars. Small Carby treats are okay once in awhile. Also, walking and exercising is important. You won't see dramatic weight loss, it is more slower but healthier in my opinion. You do whatever works for you.
