I don't think there are many keto friendly options at restaurants at the moment indeed. Though, it is nice that some give options to remove bread etc
¿Qué opciones tengo para la dieta cetogénica? Es difícil encontrar comida baja en carbohidratos fuera de casa. Y no quiero llevarme la comida cada vez.
