The diet is to be lean meats and mostly green vegetables.  But also other high protein foods like soybeans are good.   Eat broccoli.

Not all individuals will experience this increase in cholesterol levels on the ketogenic diet, as everyone's response to dietary changes can vary.
It is recommended to monitor cholesterol levels regularly 😉

When I first tried keto I started with a trainer and talked to my doctor. Get your cholesterol level checked early on and go from there. It is the only way to know for certain how it will impact your cholesterol.

I think it's unique to each person. I had a relative do keto and it didn't work well with her body. My aunt said my cousin looked like the walking dead. Yet her husband looked amazing

I think it won't as the diet should take the proteins from meats and soybeans which should be good protein.

Yes, the ketogenic diet can increase "bad" cholesterol (LDL) levels in some individuals, though it often improves overall cholesterol profiles. Regular monitoring and consultation with a healthcare provider are important to ensure safety and effectiveness.
