¿Cuáles son 10 alimentos que no puedes comer en la dieta cetogénica?

Soy nueva en la dieta cetogénica. Recuerdo que es rica en alimentos como la mantequilla y la avena. ain&Starches, s alimentos azucarados y dulces, a alcohol y cócteles y salsas con alto contenido de carbohidratos.

De todos modos, suelo comer así, así que la dieta no me pareció muy diferente.
