Dieta cetogénica: preguntas

En el pasado seguí una dieta baja en carbohidratos, que me resultó muy útil para solucionar algunos problemas de microbiota. Me di cuenta de que la dieta cetogénica es muy similar; solía comer los mismos alimentos y también evitar los mismos...

¿Cuál es la diferencia entre ambos? ¿Solo la cantidad de comida?

    Idk what the differences are maybe u eat less food with the microbiotics? All i do know is make sure u get your fiber lol

    I read your question and I got the same one.  So I investigated a bit in some pages and it says that the main difference is taht with Keto you can lose a significant amount of weight but at the same time it will be not good to creat muscle.  Also I read that even if you are pregnant, it will not be good for you because you do not get the correct amount of nutrient your body needs. 
    
    so I guess, and I am not an expert, low carb diet must be healthier in long terms.  just focus in your goal and work for it.  eating is not all in diets, you need exercise, sleep and others to make your body work properly
