Nunca antes he hecho la dieta cetogénica. ¿Alguien tiene la mejor recomendación para empezar? ¿Y cuáles son los mejores alimentos para incorporar a esta dieta?

    I had never tried it before, but after researching a lot just because of this challenge, and reading experts, watching videos and other kind of medical pages, I think it is better not to start it
    
    you can have many problems in your health like kidney problems, heart diseases, diabetes and others, because your body need all the minerals, vitamins, sugars.  
    
    What you have to do is to start having a healthier life, eating a bit of all but with precaution accoding to your metabolism and kind of body (everyone has a different need) and doing exercises.  this is much better than risking your life

    Start anyday, start replacing carb food to protein or healthy fat food.

    I think it would be better to start the keto diet for 1 keto meal in a day, then 2 meals then 3 meals. I love having eggs and beef in the diet, but my friend told me I should better eat chicken breast instead of beef for the better shape.

    Try switching carb to something else
