And, you can keep keto-friendly snacks on hand like cheese, nuts, avocado, and hard-boiled eggs to satisfy cravings. In additional, you can have a small piece of very dark chocolate (85% cocoa or higher) to curb sweet cravings as well.

    I love fruits and above all in summer, for me is
