Creo que ya se ha preguntado todo lo relacionado con la dieta cetogénica, pero tengo una pregunta: ¿Cuánto tiempo se puede seguir para que sea realmente efectiva? ¿Se puede saltar un día de la dieta, por ejemplo, incluyendo una pieza de fruta o un vaso de zumo de naranja, o está completamente prohibido consumir fruta o derivados de la fructosa?

    I can't answer you about the Keto diet. I always prefer to change your diet if you have a weight or health problem than to diet. A little exercise (walking) and a light dinner should be enough. Eat a varied diet and eliminate snacks and sugary drinks.
