Pregunta cetogénica: ¿Cuáles son los riesgos de la dieta cetogénica?

Uno de mis amigos trabaja en la industria médica y su artículo sobre la dieta cetogénica menciona algo importante.

 

La dieta cetogénica se promociona como una maravilla para bajar de peso y un estilo de vida saludable. Pero en realidad es una dieta médica que conlleva graves riesgos.

 

Mi pregunta es, si estás siguiendo la dieta cetogénica, ¿qué riesgos conoces y qué estás haciendo para minimizarlos?
