¿Realmente se puede mantener la dieta cetogénica a largo plazo sin efectos secundarios significativos?

 

Y si no, ¿es fácil mantener la salud una vez que se deja la dieta cetogénica o se vuelve a perder el peso?

    No it can not be sustained long term and it is not good for your health

    There are long- term effects, therefore it's recommended to only do keto for 12 months max. In addition, as with any restrictive diet, it's a challenge to follow with limited food choices/flavors and you can gain weight once you stop the diet.
