Ejercicio y ayuno intermitente

¿Es recomendable hacer ejercicio durante el ayuno intermitente? ¿Hay que modificar el tipo o la intensidad del ejercicio debido al ayuno intermitente? He oído que el cardio en ayunas es bueno para perder peso y tonificar los músculos.

    My understanding is that it's good to exercise whilst intermittent fasting as it enhances the benefits but you do need to drink water.

      That makes sense, you still want to keep hydrated even if you can't consume calories during your fast.

    I believe it is better to eat something before working out but I do not do it anyway as I like to workout in the early mornings and then it is not always feasible to eat something beforehand

      I used to like early morning workouts when I was a competitve athlete but now I like my sleep, lol!
