Por fin, un reto con el que tengo experiencia.

Me alegra que haya un reto. Tengo buena experiencia con el nuevo ayuno intermitente. Lo llevo haciendo desde enero, así que sé bastante y puedo dar consejos basados en mi experiencia.

    That's great Steve.
What timeframe do you use for your fasting?
I got on best with ADF when I was fasting a few years back. I think it's time to go back to fasting!

I've never tried ADF but tried longer fasts and experimented with different time frame windows.Longest I went was 84 hours.I found after 24 hours I feel hungry but that goes after a few hours and I don't notice a drop off of energy or mental clarity.I had never gone as long so stopped to err on caution but didn't feel hungry or the need to eat and my exercise levels were fine too! Then started just doing a 24 hour fast every Sunday. Now I do 16/8 every weekday, I've personally found this the best for me, allows ketosis between hours 12-16 and I can still eat daily.I'm asleep 8 so it's only 4 hours to find to not eat, I personally get up have breakfast and add the 4 hours at the end of my day before bed and works for me.I'd recommend it a lot, as you haven't done it for a while I'd start with 12/12 for a bit then move to 16/8 and see how you get on though if ADF worked for you maybe that's what you'd prefer trying first again? Not eating every other day would make me miserable personally and harder to maintain whereas eating window allows me to eat and I find it easier but we're all different.Good luck😊

Do you mean generally or to do with intermittent fasting? Personally if I feel stressed I go for a run it's insane how much exercise helps with mental blocks.

#1 comment- TOPIC #2 Intermittent Fasting: Steve, do you have any knowledge about how this impacts those with hypo thyroid? I want to start but nervous of how much energy I would feel.

Unfortunately not sorry, I wouldn't advise starting it at all before consulting your doctor.
