¿Cómo logran las personas practicar el ayuno intermitente?

Me parece que quienes practican el ayuno intermitente, independientemente de sus razones o motivaciones, deben ser extremadamente dedicados. ¿Cómo lo logran sin abandonar? ¿Cómo consiguen mantener la constancia?

    Once I start I find it quite easy to stick to especially during the week at work as I don't have time to think about food.  I find if I'm getting tempted I just distract my mind.

    There are different types of IF and the time  and cycle varies. You don't have to start with 24hr fast. You can start with 16:8 and slowly adjust your time as what fit best for you and your activities.

    If you find a plan that fits your schedule then it becomes really simple and almost 0 effort. Because it's not the type of food that you need to restrict, but rather just the timing. If the timing works according to your schedule, then it's a no-brainer.
