¿Es mejor ayunar 12 o 16 horas? ¿Es beneficioso para el cuerpo ayunar durante tantas horas?

    It takes 12 hours for your body to be fully in ketosis so I personally do 16/8 (16hrs fast and eat in a daily 8 hour window 5 days per qeek).If you're starting out I'd do 12/12 first then build towards 16/8.

    Fast minimum of 16. I've been fasting for years and switch it up daily. Minimum of 16 up to 20. It's good to keep your body guessing.

    It actually depends on your body metabolism. Try 12 and if you're fine and feel that you could fast more, then you may try longer as well!

    Puoi digiunare per circa 16 ore, per poi mangiare nelle restanti 8 ore. Devi mangiare assolutamente molta frutta e verdura, non bevande zuccherate

    I don't thing so, if you do so everyday it's king  harmful to your body, I prefer do like that: in morning after waking up, without food just do some workout 2-3hours, and after that eat.

    Yeah it depends on body.16 hours is more beneficial.
