¿Cómo hacen todos para lidiar con el hambre voraz y los dolores de estómago? Tomar agua y electrolitos no me alivia el dolor y estoy molesto y frustrado sin razón aparente.

HeatherIf you eat enough protein and healthy fats during your eating window this should not happen for you. You could try a different fast to eating ratio maybe?
