¿Caminar puede ayudarme a bajar la presión arterial?

Mi presión arterial siempre está alta cada vez que me la miden. ¿Hay algún peligro en caminar o hacer ejercicio si ya tengo la presión alta, o puedo hacer algo para bajarla?

    Sicuramente l'attività fisica aiuta molto a contrastare l'ipertensione. Una camminata di almeno 30 minuti al giorno magari. Ma ciò deve essere abbinata ad una corretta alimentazione eliminando il sale da quasi tutte le pietanze...

    Well if waking eases your mind then it definitely helps lowering your blood pressure! since it would be reducing stress and allat

    If walking is meditative and consistent, it should bring it down.  Walking should help keep weight down and higher weight is a contributor.

    I wanted to add.  Try doing a fist test when walking.   If you fist feels tight, you should check your BP.  You should check your walking BP several times to know what is normal for you.
