He notado que si hablo mientras me toman la presión arterial, siempre se me sube peligrosamente. No sé si es porque hablo mucho y no me entra aire cuando me la toman, o si es normal. Normalmente me la vuelven a tomar y me concentro en respirar, y sale bien.

There's is such thing as white coat hypertension where you experience symptoms of high blood pressure when you are with a practitioner. It could be due to the anxiety that you may experience when you see them. Salt and water intake affects your blood volume which in turn affects your blood pressure as well
