Someone else posted about a similar problem that actually got resolved after they contacted support, so give it a shot.

I've had the same problem, I have tried to contact support every other day since it happened (September 1) no response yet. Were you able to resolve it?

I can't even contact them. It says that it needs to set up my account in the mail app. 🙄 I don't even know what that is

@Hhhhhh I just went to the gear icon in the top right and there was an option to "contact us"
