Para canjear, me pide verificar mi número. Introduzco mi número de teléfono y aparece "Número ya verificado", pero no me permite canjear una tarjeta de regalo. Ya he canjeado varias tarjetas, así que no sé cuál es el problema.

Hi. I had the same issue. The phone number was used by someone else that customer center asked me to send screenshot of that phone number is already verified. They solved problem within 3 days. You can contact them through the 'contact us' in app
