Asistencia con el saldo de la tarjeta de regalo

 

Hola,

Recientemente envié una solicitud de recompensas y, al revisar la tarjeta de regalo, vi que el saldo era de $0, cuando esperaba que fuera de $5. ¿Podrían ayudarme a resolver este problema? Agradezco de antemano su ayuda.

    That's more a customer service question. They don't check the feed. How long did you have the gift card? Sometimes people steal the card codes.

      I had it like 10mins before trying to use it

    Go to home, click on the three lines at the top left,  click on the settings gear in the top right, scroll down to contact us. It should have their email. 
    
    I will warn you it can take awhile and sometimes they don't do anything. If it takes them more than a couple days to respond or if they do nothing then review them poorly in the play store/apple store . Anytime I've had issues leaving a poor review (1star ) they've fixed the issue within a couple days.
