¿Alguien me puede ayudar a canjear las tarjetas, por favor?

¿Alguien me puede explicar cómo puedo usar mis tarjetas de recompensas después de haber canjeado mis monedas por mis pasos? Tengo 3 tarjetas en mi carpeta de recompensas, pero no sé cómo usarlas.

    Click on the reward you want to use, verify the phone number associated with your account, then copy and paste the alphanumeric code in the gift card section on Amazon to redeem

      I've done that and everything I click the redeem i get directed to a page for Amazon and it won't load ...I've tried all 3 Amazon gift cards and they all do the same thing...
Please help if you can .
