It looks super tasty. I was never fond of cucumbers until the last couple years or so.

A little salted - fresh cucumbers with oilve oil and oregano is good at least for me. Haha. But you know, salad can be made of any of ingredients. So you may put any of your taste such as black olives, paprika, or romaine

Absolutely; I tend to add a little cheese when I make one because I enjoy the flavour it brings out of a tomato.
