Depends on how much toothpaste is ine container. If a lot, I squeeze wherever buy if not a lit I squeeze from the bottom.

2. Aprieta desde atrás.
3. Apriete desde la cabeza.
Personalmente, prefiero la segunda opción.

Yeah. I do the same. Even when it is almost over, I squeeze it with a flat tool to use everything. I am not poor but just learnt from my parents so it has become a habit.
