Hola, ¿alguien más ha tenido problemas para canjear puntos? Llevo tiempo intentando canjearlos y me aparecen errores constantemente. He contactado con soporte varias veces y solo me han dicho que estaba fuera del país cuando intenté canjearlos, lo cual no es cierto. No he salido del país desde 2019 y ni siquiera tenía esta aplicación entonces. ¡Agradecería cualquier información!

I redeemed 2 days ago I believe. It looks like there are other users who also can't redeem so its probably that they are raising the required points again because that's typically what happens

It keeps asking me to verify and it's the same number on my account but I keep getting this error message. I've been trying for over a year now to redeem. No response in the past 6 months and I've sent dozens of emails.

I have had problems too but I noticed that when I try early in the mornings I usually don't have a problem
