      it says i need to get at least 500 coins by walking.. its going to be my first time redeeming.. but everything says the same thing on every gift card

      Are your coins from walking? Like in the daily 10k?? They are really weird about that.. E-mail customer support.. take a picture of your total coins and attached it to your email. They don't answer anything on this chat feeds.

    You will need to get ahold of customer support or try to send them an email. I'm pretty sure that they could try to fix the issue or maybe try to restart the app and then lock back out
