Simply just exercise( walk,run) to get your daily steps(20k max per day equivalent to 200 coins), collect your daily box coins and scratch lottery, participate cashwalk challenges, play games and invite new friends to join(make sure you have your referral code when they are signing up). Then all the coins collected can only be exchanged to giftcards(see the list of giftcards available in your account).
