I don't drink nearly that much. I'd be peeing all the time otherwise . Not everyone needs it. Heavy sweaters like my husband drink copious amounts of water.
Recientemente comencé a beber más agua. Siempre me resulta más fácil en verano. Dicen que debes beber alrededor de 2 litros al día. ¿La mayoría de ustedes lo logra?
