Al parecer, a los lectores se les pueden llamar de muchas maneras. Aquí les dejo algunas que descubrí:

 

ratón de biblioteca: alguien que pasa mucho tiempo leyendo y a menudo se le considera muy estudioso e intelectual.

 

bibliófilo: alguien que ama los libros y la lectura y colecciona libros; puede tener una colección de libros grande o especializada

 

lectiófilo - (del latín) alguien que ama leer

 

librocubicularista - palabra elegante para alguien que lee en la cama

      19.61 - I used to lay on my stomach and make the bed or floor do the work. Then I broke a bunch of ribs and that is not an option anymore. Now I read sitting up with a bunch of pillows stacked around me and a lap board or a tub tray to hold my book.
