Thank you for your post. I never knew that about pine wood. Although now it makes sense since I'm reading your facts. I do know that I love the smell of pine. I know when you buy a piece of pine furniture it doesn't smell like that anymore though.

64: I prefer a harder wood for construction. Whistling on pine is great though.
