Mi esposa y yo hicimos la carrera recreativa Foam Fest Fun Run de 5 km el fin de semana pasado.
Esta es una carrera de obstáculos de cinco kilómetros (de ahí su nombre). Hay espuma, barro, se puede escalar y gatear. También se puede correr y caminar.

Well done on trying it out! It sounds very strenuous though.

It was definitely a workout, but the organisers make a point of saying that it is for fun, so you can take it as slowly as you like and you can skip any obstacles that you don't want to try.

Sounds like fun. We participate in the Goliathon twice a year. No foam, but plenty of obstacles, dyed water and sometimes mud.

Goliathon is a New Jersey exclusive and the obstacles are designed like American Ninja Warrior obstacles.
