¿Quién iba a decir que se pueden comer las flores del cactus? Básicamente, se pueden comer casi todas. Acabo de ver un minidocumental sobre el cactus. Dicen que las flores del cactus se pueden comer. Saben a pera, pero con textura de sandía. Se pueden preparar muchos platos con ellas... Cada día se aprende algo nuevo.
